Courtyard by Marriott West Palm Beach

Room accommodations were great. Separate bedroom, living room, shower and bath room meet my great expectations. Did not get a chance to eat breakfast at the facility. Staff members were excellent. My plane arrived late, and I had not problem making adjustments to the time of my arrival.

The room was expertly clean. The courtyard was an excellent place to relax. The common areas were nice and the location was within good proximitaty of where my business was. The check in process was very easy. The on-site starbucks coffee options were a nice touch.

The look and feel of the hotel and rooms were very nice.. It was very clean as well. Loved that the room had a balcony

Everything! Greeted and treated as if we were the only guests at facility. We were early and csr gave us ideas about where we could go to kill time. Held our bags. Polite and friendly. Same every time interacted with staff. Will stay again and recommend to others.
